Paulo Duarte and Aurora Vergueira have been working in the creperie world since 2018. After drastically changing their professional lives and quitting their old jobs, the couple decided to create their own crepe business. Although Paulo and Aurora were happy selling in open-air markets and temporary spaces, their goal was to find a place to set up their business.

When the public tenders for the allocation of new stalls in Bolhão were opened, it represented an opportunity for Paulo and Aurora, who saw the market as the ideal place to host and expand their business.
