Paulo Miguel da Rocha Ascensão, and Rui Manuel Madureira dos Santos are both managers of the well-known group of companies, which has been using the “Madureira's” brand — a renowned reference in the catering sector in Greater Porto — for over 50 years. The Madureira's have a deep knowledge of the sector, with successful, proven experience in restaurant management. In addition to companies dedicated to other activities, the Group currently owns 15 restaurants operating in the Porto metropolitan area. This new restaurant, “Francesinha,” will offer a service that gives preference to purchasing raw materials from local suppliers, and the dish that fits the concept of the restaurant will use raw materials that will be entirely bought at the market itself.
